Our Mission

At Dolphin Outsourcing, we are The Business Support People, offering a range of services designed to support start-ups, small businesses, and beyond. Our expertise includes admin, marketing, PR and social media, design, branding and web design, project management, business management, and consultancy and mentorship with our founder, Laura. We believe in the power of business to drive meaningful social impact. As we transition to a social enterprise, our mission is clear: to champion inclusive employment, uphold environmental responsibility, and create accessible business solutions for disadvantaged entrepreneurs. By integrating these values into our core operations, we are committed to building a sustainable and socially responsible future.

Supporting the Armed Forces Community

A key part of this mission is our unwavering support for the Armed Forces community. As a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and an ERS Silver Award holder, we are dedicated to ensuring that veterans, reservists, and military families have access to flexible, fulfilling career opportunities. Through the first-hand perspective of our founder, Laura, a veteran and military spouse, we deeply understand the unique challenges of military life and are committed to an inclusive workplace that supports those needs.

Our recent partnership with Troopr marks an exciting new chapter in our efforts to support the military community. Through this platform, we aim to connect with even more veterans and military families, providing them with employment opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations.

Beyond our internal commitments, we actively engage in initiatives that promote employment opportunities for military spouses and veterans. Last year, our founder Laura was a panellist at the Women into Employment conference, hosted by the Forces Employment Charity. Her insights helped highlight the barriers faced by military spouses in the workforce and reinforced our dedication to driving change in this space.
