RFS is an independent and award-winning social enterprise dedicated to supporting, championing and finding gainful employment for spouses and partners of our UK Armed Forces, alongside service leavers, veterans and serving members.

We work to overcome outdated perceptions about mobility and suitability and provide the tools for spouses and members of the military community to return to the workplace and excel in their chosen path.

We do this through recruitment, collaborating with trusted organisations who understand and value the unique strengths and skill sets within our community and connecting them with our candidates.

We also provide free coaching and mentoring through our Career Academy, along with training, CV and interview support, and masterclasses in everything from confidence boosting and digital skills, to an introduction to working in cyber.
