Forces Families Jobs (FFJ) is an online employment and training platform to support spouses and partners of serving military personnel into meaningful employment through its jobs board, training opportunities, and career-related information

Our jobs board connects spouses and partners with employers who have signed the Armed Forces Covenant. All our employers demonstrate a commitment to supporting the Armed Forces family and are seeking to recruit military spouses to their organisation.

FFJ provides a one-stop shop for information on partner employment, including other routes to employment (such as employers’ spousal employment pathways or apprenticeships) and business start-up support, with signposting to organisations that can help with self-employment.

All our training providers are Forces friendly, and offer a range of free and discounted training opportunities for military spouses and partners.

Our career support pages provide a wealth of career-related information and signpost to organisations and charities that can provide advice and guidance on the employment journey – including one-to-one employability support, guidance on deciding what career or next step is right for you, CV writing, and interview skills.
